As Account Manager for Charles Cathey Jr - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Manager for Charles Cathey Jr - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meeting multi-line sales goals.
- Cross-sell & upsell or existing clientele through a needs-based approach.
- Maintain strong work ethic with a total commitment to success on a daily basis.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Base pay plus commission/bonus included in potential range.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
